Everything you need to know about ordering from Vape N' Cigar Xone — local delivery, Canada-wide shipping, returns, rewards, and visiting our store at West Edmonton Mall.
Local Delivery
Where do you deliver locally?
We offer free same-day local delivery anywhere within a 30 km radius of our West Edmonton Mall store, covering Edmonton and nearby communities. There is no minimum order for local delivery.
What are the local delivery hours?
Place your order by 3:00 PM and it will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered the next day.
Is ID verification required at delivery?
Yes. An adult aged 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the order. Packages cannot be left unattended.
What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?
If no adult is available to sign, the delivery cannot be completed. Contact us at vapeshopwem@gmail.com or (587) 855-1419 and we will arrange in-store pickup at West Edmonton Mall instead.
Do you deliver outside Edmonton and surrounding areas?
Local delivery covers the Edmonton area within 30 km of our store. For everywhere else in Canada, we ship your order by mail — see the Shipping section below.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over CAD $99, anywhere in Canada. Below $99, standard shipping is CAD $12 and express shipping is CAD $20.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order required. You can order as little or as much as you like.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within Canada only.
I couldn't receive my order, what happens now?
All deliveries require an adult (18+) signature. If a delivery fails because of age verification or an incorrect address, the package is returned to us at the customer's expense. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help sort it out.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely online at checkout.
How do I apply a coupon or discount?
No coupon codes needed — all discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout.
Can I pick up my online order in store?
Yes! Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready at our West Edmonton Mall location (Entrance 24, main floor). Please bring photo ID — pickup is 18+ only.
I have an issue with my order. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened e-liquids and used devices cannot be returned unless they are defective.
What if my device arrives defective?
Contact us within 7 days at vapeshopwem@gmail.com and we will replace it or issue store credit.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Rewards Program
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Earn 2 points for every CAD $1 you spend on online orders. Points never expire.
How do I redeem my points?
500 points = $5 off, 1,000 points = $10 off, 2,500 points = $25 off, and 5,000 points = $50 off. Redeem through the Rewards button on our website — one reward per order, online orders only. See our Rewards Program page for full details.

Where is your store located?
Inside West Edmonton Mall — 8882 170 Street NW, Unit B103, Entrance 24 (main floor, beside the Toyota dealership), Edmonton, AB. Come say hi!
What are your store hours?
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Can I buy cigars online?
Our premium cigars — Cuban and non-Cuban — are in-store only. Browse the full collection online, then visit our humidor at West Edmonton Mall to purchase.
What are your age restrictions?
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from our website or in store. Age is verified at checkout and again at delivery or pickup.
