Live in Edmonton? We offer free same-day local delivery within 30 km of West Edmonton Mall — no minimum order. Order by 3:00 PM for delivery the same day.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times vary by province and carrier.
- An adult signature (18+) is required on delivery for all orders containing vaping products. Please make sure someone of legal age is available to receive your package.
- Failed delivery due to age verification will be returned at the customer's expense.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to health regulations, opened e-liquids and used devices cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective items: contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or store credit.
