Hardware Returns (Canadian Industry Standard)

Hardware devices are covered ONLY for manufacturing defects (DOA):

• Must be reported within 7 DAYS of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Physical damage, misuse, or wear & tear are not covered

Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
